1. Who Can Use Apollo?

Apollo is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.

 

2. What We Collect (and What We Don’t)

We keep things simple and respectful. Here’s what we collect:

• Basic login and usage data (e.g. user name/email address, age group, quiz scores, gameplay stats, feature interactions)
• Device type, app version, and country data (country—not your exact address or city)
• Optional info (like a profile image or avatar you share or create)

❌ We Do NOT Collect:

• Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Any medical records or diagnoses
• Your name, address, email (unless you contact us directly)
• Biometrics or sensitive personal identifiers

Apollo is not a healthcare provider and is not subject to HIPAA regulations.

 

3. Why We Collect It

We use the limited data we collect to:

• Improve your experience (e.g. save progress, recommend quiz topics)
• Track app performance and fix bugs
• Offer new features and personalize content
• Understand general usage trends through anonymous analytics (like which quiz topics people love most)

4.  ⁠Advertising & Analytics Partners

Apollo MedGames partners with third-party advertising and analytics providers to deliver in-app ads and measure their effectiveness. These partners may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and engagement data to serve and optimize ads. They do not receive your nam or email. 5. How We Keep It Safe

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we do our best to keep things locked down.

 

6. We Don’t Sell Your Data

We never sell your data. Period.
We may use anonymous, aggregated data to improve the app, but your individual info stays private.

 

7. Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option available in the app under the Edit Profile section.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to info@apollomedgames.com.

 

8. Third-Party Tools

Apollo may use trusted third-party services (like analytics or crash reporting tools) to enhance the app. These tools may collect anonymized technical data, but never access personal info.

 

9. Cookies & Tracking

We don’t use cookies in the app, but we may use similar technologies to understand how the app is used. These are for technical performance only—not to follow you around the internet.

 

10. International Users

Apollo is based in the United States of America but users around the world are welcome! If you’re outside our region, know that your data will be processed under our local laws.

 

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data collection
